Cancellation & Refund Policy | SS Food and Oil Industries

At SS Food and Oil Industries, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and edible oil products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Returns may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • The product received is damaged or leaking.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item).
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared as proof.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your complaint is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details will be required).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Product opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (natural events, transportation delays, etc.).
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
