These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
Where applicable, and to the extent required under relevant state laws, such matters shall also be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the appropriate state within India.
